STORE POLICY

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for all bundles/lace closure/lace frontals to be processed and shipped.

Please allow up to 10-15 days business days for all full lace and lace front wigs both natural color, 613, and custom colored to be made and shipped.

ALL of our FRESHSINCE88 wigs are made with 100% VIRGIN HUMAN HAIR from a young single donor. Each unit is hand crafted and made with intricate attention. They can be parted freely and styled however you desire your look to be. Our hair is from premium quality and is VERY smooth, VERY bouncy with minimal to no shedding. The wigs can be worn glue-less (inside combs) for on the go occasions or pasted down with adhesive of your choice.

ALL of our FRESHSINCE88 wigs will last 2 years or longer if cared properly and washed delicately. Care for your wig like you would care for your own hair.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER.

ALL packages delivery is with USPS, business days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm PST time will be shipped the next business day. Please DO NOT wait until last minute to place an order for a special occasion with a deadline. We want to work with our customers on rush orders so please contact us directly if your order needs to be rushed. However, please understand that we ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to holidays, weather or post office delays. If the product you ordered is not available we will contact you immediately by phone or email to resolve the issue. In case you will not want a substitution and request a refund please allow 2-3 days for a full refund to be issued.

Due to fraud and lost packages we require a signature to be provided when the package is delivered, please have an adult present when your ordered arrives.

Please be advised that the law states that human air products that have already been used cannot be returned.
